Help & Support

Short answers to the things people actually ask.

Getting started

How does Choosy decide?

Tell Choosy what you're deciding — type it, tap a Life Mode, or speak it. Choosy reads your constraints, checks real nearby options, and returns one answer with the reasoning behind it.

What does Lock It In do?

It saves the decision to your history, records it for preference learning, and stops Choosy from offering alternatives for that moment.

Account

How do I change my language or region?

Settings › Language & Region. That's the only place these live, and it controls the interface, formats and the language Choosy answers in.

How do I delete my account?

Settings › Privacy & Security › Delete Account. Deletion removes your profile, decisions, collections and saved plans.

Premium

What's included?

Unlimited decisions, Pantry Vision, Travel intelligence, preference memory, Smart Collections and household sharing. $4.99/month after a 3-day free trial.

How do I cancel?

Settings › Choosy Premium › Manage subscription. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.

Pantry

What happens to my photos?

Photos are used to identify ingredients and are not published or shared. Only the detected ingredient list is kept with your pantry.

Travel

Why does Choosy need my location?

To ground results in places that actually exist near you. You can choose city-level precision instead of precise location at any time.

Households

Who can join my household?

Premium subscribers can connect one additional member. Preferences stay private; collections and Pick For Us are shared.

Languages

Which languages are supported?

Choosy's interface and answers support 70+ languages. Voice input depends on what your browser or device supports for speech recognition.

Troubleshooting

Choosy can't hear me

Check that your browser has microphone permission and that voice input is supported. You can always type the same request instead.

No results nearby

Widen the distance, or check that location access is enabled. Choosy will say when it can't find a strong match rather than inventing one.
